


Orla has a Degree in Economics and Politics from UCD and an MBA from the Michael Smurfit School of Business. Prior to joining Distinct, Orla was Director of Support Services with ICT Group and has over 10 years management experience in the contact centre industry.
Orla works with clients to identify opportunities for them to improve sales and customer retention activities through effective utilisation of data, improving their operational processes, developing their CRM capability and maximising the effectiveness of sales activities.
